Practice your posing like
someone is calling it.
No smartwatch, no clicker in your mouth — just hands-free posing practice. Quarter Turn calls your poses out loud, holds you to a real clock, and captures the photo or video the instant you hit it.
One login, two experiences.
Quarter Turn is built around a single duality — how you'd actually use it, whichever side of the mirror you're on.
Every division, called out loud.
- All 12 NPC & IFBB Pro divisions, real stage-command wording
- Judge Mode — randomized, comparison-round-style callouts
- Fully hands-free, voice-called practice sessions
- Prep-Cycle Progress — compare your own pose photos side by side over time
A roster, not a group chat.
- Roster management for every athlete you coach
- Remote routine assignment with deadline reminders
- Async review of session photos, video, and feedback
- Seat-based pricing that scales with your business
Every division. Sourced from the actual rulebook.
Not filler copy — pose order, format, and judging criteria checked against official NPC division pages.
Men's
Men's Bodybuilding (Open)
Judges score the "total package" — a balance of size, symmetry, and muscularity — with no upper size limit.
Men's 212 Bodybuilding
Same 8 mandatory poses and order as Open, for competitors weighing 212 lbs or under. Judges reward proportion and density over sheer size.
Men's Classic Physique
Judges reward a "golden era" aesthetic — narrow waist, wide V-taper, classic lines over sheer mass — within a height-based weight standard.
Men's Physique
No mandatory poses — just a front turn and a back turn. Judges reward an athletic, "beach-ready" shape; excessive mass is marked down.
Men's Wheelchair
The same 8-pose mandatory sequence as bodybuilding, performed seated. Judges score upper-body muscularity, leanness, and presentation.
Women's
Women's Bodybuilding
Same order as the men's division through Side Triceps and Abdominals & Thighs — 7 mandatory poses, no Most Muscular.
Women's Physique
Five mandatory poses in a fixed order, each performed with open hands. Judges reward muscular density and clean separation balanced with proportion.
Figure
Four quarter turns, individually and in comparison groups. Judges reward a V-taper shape with only slight muscle separation, no striations.
Bikini
Front and back poses plus a model walk — not quarter turns. Judges reward a toned, lean physique; presentation and stage walk carry real weight.
Wellness
Front and back poses, with a model walk for finalists. Judges reward noticeably more size through the hips, glutes, and thighs.
Fitness
A comparison round of four quarter turns, plus a routine round with a required push-up, high kick, straddle hold, and side split.
Fit Model
A front stance, a full turn to a back stance, then a return to face the judges — no transition poses. Rewards a natural, balanced look.
Simple plans, either side of the mirror.
A one-time pass for a single show cycle, or an annual membership. Coaches scale by roster size.
